General Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager with a ServeSafe food certificate to oversee the operations of our establishment. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of our business, including food service, catering, and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Interview, hire, fire, train, and supervise staff members
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus and ensure efficient food preparation
- Coordinate catering events and banquet functions
- Utilize Clover system to manage transactions and track sales

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including cooking techniques and kitchen management
- Proven track record in achieving financial targets and driving profitability
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
