Compensation:

  • Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000
  • First-Year Earnings - $170,000 at plan
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Benefits after 30 days
  • Bonuses - Depending on Performance

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and identify potential clients within the residential and commercial sectors, targeting new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to generate leads, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential customers to assess their roofing needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to effectively position our services in the market.
  • Maintain accurate and organized sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and project details.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
  • Perpetually sharpen personal selling and customer service skills by taking advantage of all training and education opportunities offered by the company.
  • Perform required administrative functions to ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and marketing.
  • Execute other tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales or business development, with experience in the construction, home improvement, or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and solutions to potential clients.
  • Knowledge of the exterior solutions industry, including siding and roofing products and services, is a plus.
  • Be committed to lead generation.
  • Be available to work nights and weekends when necessary.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
Compensation
$170,000 at plan
