We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Manager to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office.
```Responsibilities```
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails & retrieving answering service messages from the night before and dispatching them to the vice president and president of company.
- Must have Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft 11 one drive, & Quickbooks experience.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure they are properly stocked
- Assist with order entry and processing invoices using QuickBooks
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist with office management duties such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Provide support to other team members as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for order entry and invoice processing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
