We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. ```Responsibilities```
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs and goals of individuals with autism
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, including teaching new skills and managing challenging behaviors
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment strategies
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis

```Qualifications```
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data collection and analysis
- Familiarity with medical records and documentation procedures

Pay: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
