We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Area Manager to join our team in Cranberry Township, PA.
The position is a salaried position and is Monday – Friday second shift. Salaried is 45,000 a year.
o Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients within assigned territory- Supervise and
lead a team of cleaners to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Conduct regular site visits to assess client needs and provide recommendations for
cleaning and maintenance services
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Monitor and manage client satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed
recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
o Requirements:
- Previous experience in a account management role, preferably in the cleaning
or facilities maintenance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with
clients
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome
challenges
