Qualifications

- Computer Applications: Capable of applying MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications and other analytical tools. Knowledge of Primavera.
- Project management: Overall knowledge of Project Management process and project schedules.
Job Description
- Assist in developing and maintaining an executable work plan utilizing data driven decision making processes.
- Establish a work plan project list
- Tailor generic schedules and Resource load schedules
- Provide assistance with the development, tracking, close-out, communication, and coordination of Service Area Reimbursable Agreements between the FAA customer and various stakeholders
- Provide subject matter expertise with the development of draft Reimbursable Agreements as assigned
- Provide expertise to conduct research, evaluations and studies, and present recommendations solutions relating to financial program planning requirements
- Analyze processes and provide support to improve efficiency, accuracy, timely documentation, and continual improvements to the process.
- Create draft RA package and submit for approval via FAA Reimbursable Toolset:
- Coordinate with required stakeholders to obtain final executed agreement from the Contracting Officer(CO) and upload to FAA Reimbursable Toolset.
- Perform multiple, varying and complex assignments; Identify, plans and organizes available resources to accomplish projects. Make optimal use of resources to complete activities within established schedules; and Develop and recommend approaches to address current and anticipated problems and issues.
- Conduct efficient, organized data gathering and data analysis, must be able to prepare and coordinate changes.
- Communications: accomplish clear and concise general communications, tactfully coordinate information regarding training quota with a variety of field organizations throughout the region, as well as the training providers at the FAA Academy and training vendors in the public and private sectors.
