Shipping Coordinator

We are currently looking for a shipping coordinator to join our manufacturing team. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, is a problem-solver, team-player, and has a desire to learn. We are willing to teach you the details of being in shipping, so no experience required!

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Complete scheduling and shipment processes and documentation for both domestic and international shipments
• Verify shipping methods and rates in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements
• Safely utilize material handling equipment (hand truck, pallet jack, and forklift) to load trucks and transport goods around the manufacturing and warehouse area
• Assist with Quality Control (QC), business improvement tasks, and projects
• Verify proper quality control documentation is present and complete for each shipment
• Provide back up support for receiving operations
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
