Essential Functions

Product launch timeline management

Team tasks-add to Monday boards/Smartsheets

Marketing timeline creation

Blog coordination with LL, garnering approvals from product team

Email marketing – Klavio, Flows, cadences, PR call outs, etc.

Social content sent for sharing/reposting – organic social

Salsify content (audit), upload assets/updates – content consistency

Website daily audits

Clarity reports converted to CTA’s

Dealer campaigns (retail media) – process, promotions, banners, etc.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience, industry specific not required

Experience with Monday, Smartsheet, social media platforms, Klavio, or similar

Preferred Skills, Competencies and Experience

3-5 years of experience, industry specific not required

Experience in managerial role

Project management skills

Work well with others

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

Manage process for campaigns, website banners, PDP, enhanced content, emails, social media ads, BYD team, agency, etc. Working with the marketing team and agency to execute marketing projects and keeping projects moving between various departments and teams. In the long term, this role will create best in class marketing operations process for BYD.
