The Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) Product Line Director will lead the organization focused on airborne situational awareness, self-protection and electronic attack capability leading the product line to focus on growth, enhanced precision, performance and reliability.

In this role, the individual will:
- Be accountable for an effective and efficient Program Area such that funding, sales, profit, and cash flow objectives are achieved
- Be accountable for total program execution from requirements, through development / test, and culminating in production delivery to the customer.
- Ensure long term operational success by developing and supporting both the PM function and cross-functional teams within the Program Area.
- Provide holistic leadership while promoting a positive culture emphasizing teamwork, inclusiveness, and a fundamental respect for each person’s / organizations’ contributions
- Develop close working relationships with a diverse customer portfolio in support of current programs, and to help shape future Program Area growth opportunities.
- Make strategic decisions in a fast paced competitive environment.
- Deal effectively with senior program level customers and partners and resolve customer issues of a complex nature
- Deliver clear and concise executive level presentations and messages to enable the leadership team to quickly assess the health and needs of the Program Area.
- Ensure that programs within the Program Area receive the necessary support and services from the functional organizations to achieve program objectives.
- Ensure the achievement of program objectives, budgets, and schedules by analyzing performance measures and taking relevant corrective action as necessary.
- Grow strategic partnerships with FAST Labs, ECS and C4ISR business areas to ensure Program Area performance and growth.
- Accountable for defining requirements of the Program Area by disciplined manpower planning and forecasting and by obtaining required personnel either through the relevant functional organizations or outside hire as appropriate.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Project Management: Project manager on large, complex projects responsible for all aspects of project objectives (performance, quality, schedule, cost)
- Problem Solving Ability: Requires advanced conceptual thinking in complex and/or completely new situations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Developed executive communications skills to exchange complex information.
- Leadership Skills: Developing teams, coaching/mentoring future leaders, ensuring a robust talent pipeline and succession plan
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate at a high level with internal and external customers and partners, strong collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability as a customer advocate with successful resolution of customer issues.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute an entrepreneurial strategy to shape the strategic direction of a complex program
- Demonstrated ability to lead large groups of employees and/or teams
- Demonstrated success leading large Subcontractors to the completion of complex projects
- Demonstrated leadership in Safety, Code of Conduct/Ethics, Diversity, Security and culture
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead an organization through a crisis using change management skills.
- Risk and Opportunity management skills at a portfolio level
- Broad knowledge of ES businesses and capabilities with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other PLs and businesses.
- Potential to advance to the Product Line Director (PLD) level
- Secret clearance required
- Potential to obtain TS/SCI clearance
- Masters Degree or Bachelors Degree with 12 years of industry experience
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience in the following areas:
- Transition to production program experienceDesign for Manufacturing experience on Design and Development program with knowledge of defect elimination/quality, productivity/COPQ
- Leading the complexity of software development, hardware development, and HW/SW integration & test
- Significant Supply Chain Management experience
- TS-SCI preferred
- PMP certification
