BAE Systems is hiring a Program Manager II (PM) to support our Combat Mission Systems (CMS) business. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering scope on our M88FOV STS program(s).

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Experience leading Program Risk and Opportunity (R&O) management activities to include identification and development of risk mitigation plans, scope management, program/project plans specifying goals, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources
- Knowledge of program Scope Management and Cost Estimating including estimate to complete/estimate at completion (ETC/EAC) processes
- Knowledge of Program/Project Management methodologies, toolsets, process, and governance
- Ability to effectively manage program complexities and structuring activities in times of ambiguity
- Ability to manage and influence with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently and proactively
- Customer focus and relationship building skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Highly effective critical thinking skills
- Ability to travel 25%
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of related experience or equivalent experience
- Experience in Program/Project Management, as well as methodologies, toolsets, process, and governance.
- Program Risk and Opportunity (R&O) management activities to include identification and development of risk mitigation plans, scope management, program/project plans specifying goals, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources

- PMP Certification or similar
- Experience in Aerospace & Defense Engineering
- Experience in Lifecycle Management (LCM)
- Experience in Control Account Manager (CAM) and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
