Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Specialist to join our growing team. The Project Specialist will be responsible for the Integrated Master Schedule for a new growing technical program. This individual will oversee the scheduling process, ensuring the engineering and development teams understand the schedule and updating the program management office of the deliverables that are tracked and associated metrics. The job will include part time asset management and SLA tracking and you will be responsible for ensuring that our companies assets are properly tagged and tracked through their lifecycle. The Project Specialist will also be tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will possess strong analytic skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to optimize engineering processes and minimize production
- Coordinate with various departments, including engineering, quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement asset management procedures
- Track KPIs related to SLAs, such as uptime and response times and report on them.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelors Degree
- 4-7 years of related work experience handling projects and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
