Relationship Manager

The primary role of this position is to assist the advisors with client account-related matters, for both new and existing accounts. The ideal candidate is very detail oriented, able to process paperwork efficiently, and interacts well with clients and various investment companies in person and by phone.


Primary Responsibilities:

·       Process all applications, transfer paperwork, checks and account maintenance forms daily

·       Make and field frequent follow-up phone calls for pending account related transactions

·       Maintain and update information in databases and spreadsheets

·       Comply with industry rules and regulations

·       Assist Wealth Advisors & Paraplanner as needed

·       Cover front desk and phones as needed

·       Other duties as assigned


Skills/Qualifications:

·       Highly efficient, extreme attention to detail and accuracy with numbers

·       Excellent organizational skills, ability to problem solve, multi-task and prioritize

·       Dependable and of high moral character

·       Strong initiative and excellent follow through

·       Flexible and adaptable

·       Fast learner and enthusiastic team player

·       Positive demeanor and comfortable communicating on the phone and in person

·       Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

·       Ability to follow specific processes and procedures

·       Strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality policies

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and databases

·       Experience working in Salesforce, Egnyte, Orion preferred

·       Experience working in a professional or financial office environment preferred


Bachelor’s degree preferred
