The primary role of this position is to assist the advisors with client account-related matters, for both new and existing accounts. The ideal candidate is very detail oriented, able to process paperwork efficiently, and interacts well with clients and various investment companies in person and by phone.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Process all applications, transfer paperwork, checks and account maintenance forms daily
· Make and field frequent follow-up phone calls for pending account related transactions
· Maintain and update information in databases and spreadsheets
· Comply with industry rules and regulations
· Assist Wealth Advisors & Paraplanner as needed
· Cover front desk and phones as needed
· Other duties as assigned

· Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and databases
· Experience working in Salesforce, Egnyte, Orion preferred
· Experience working in a professional or financial office environment preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
