Leads are provided for free and we are here to help you as a new agent, kick start your career. You have the opportunity to meet 12-15 clients per month and access our database of 70,000 leads!

Hands-on Training and Mentorship is huge when it comes to being a new agent, and you don't know what you don't know! Our Owner and Sales Manager are available for questions in real-time. You learn by asking questions and the obstacles that come up as you go along. You also have a great team of brokers behind you that are beyond supportive and will help you along the way. As we said, culture is huge!

90 DAY FAST START - We have an extensive training program that guides you through what a successful Real Estate Agent does day by day. You talk to clients on day one, write practice contracts, preview homes, and much more!

AT BGR, YOU CAN:

• Have the best training and hands-on support from the entire team! No experience in Real Estate is necessary.

• Be involved and learn quickly. You aren't just a number or a name.

• Be a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

• Weekend availability
