This role will provides expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for a business or function, design and deliver training solutions.

As a Global Support Training Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Achieving internal and external global training strategy including content development and operational execution and customer engagement metrics
- Building global training content (virtual and in person) to help deliver consistent customer experience and overall quality to our customers
- Informing and executing global strategy in collaboration with Visual General Manager, product leadership, commercial and regional teams
- Interfacing with product management and engineering to ensure training and support requirements and sustainability are an integral part of their priorities
- Providing expertise in analyzing learning needs, designing training solutions for a business or function.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's education (or a High school diploma with at least 4 years of experience in Sales)
- 10 years of industry experience in services management, product management, commercial, sales or services and leading in complex environment

The annual pay scale for this position is between $92,000- $95,000 USD if employed in New York
