As a Sourcing Strategic Initiatives Manager, you will negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. You will achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. You will have expertise within a field comprising of different approaches, methodologies, techniques and processes.
As a Sourcing Strategic Initiatives Manager - Remote, you will be responsible for:
- Own sourcing specific ERPs, processes and tools. Review and improve processes. Work on special initiatives.
- Providing advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affecting the business organization and ways of working.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approaches and methods for solving complex problems
- Leading design and implementation of projects. Work goals typically span 1-2 years to complete and the impact is felt over the 12-month – 2 years time horizon

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sourcing Initiatives
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have effective interpersonal and leadership skills
- Be able to analyze and resolve problems
- Be able to lead, document, plan, market, and execute programs/projects
- Have established project management skills
