As the Workday Reporting Lead, you will lead the design and development of data visualization and insight solutions in Workday to support a broad range of HR use cases
As the Workday Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a key member of the People analytics team, providing input into group strategy, motivation and development
- Driving workday data visualization and reporting outcomes (reports, dashboards)
- Researching new reporting / data visualization capabilities on Workday roadmap, and assess value for business users
- Articulating the value proposition of technology capabilities and map them to organization requirements to minimize incremental cost of development
- Informing stakeholders of key customer issues, identifies potential problems or conflicts and resolves them when necessary
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree and 5 yrs of related professional experience.
- Have expert level knowledge and experience with Workday reporting tools
- Have experience with data visualization design and development lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment)
- Have functional understanding of HR data model and configurations in Workday
