What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Digital and Social Strategy position at Bakery Agency?
We are looking for a Director of Digital and Social Strategy to join our team and help us develop and execute digital marketing strategies for our clients. The ideal candidates doesn't simply have an understanding of the latest digital trends and best practices, they are creative visionaries who look to implement new ways forward for online channel content and performance ads. This person must have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners while running a sizeable team across several geographical offices.
We are prioritizing Bi-lingual candidates for this role who can speak and write fluent English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital strategy for clients, including developing a client-specific digital vision and driving the strategic direction of new and existing accounts.
- Educate clients and agency teams on the latest digital trends and common practices, while helping establish our vision and the agency methods that will set us apart.
- Oversee the development of social campaign briefs, strategies, rollout and amplification plans.
- Establish partnerships with content creators and entertainment groups that can benefit our clients' marketing plans.
- Employ creative targeting strategies to execute winning campaigns, including custom audiences, third-party data, suppression lists, lookalike audiences, and more.
- Analyze monthly reports and campaign reports to identify trends and insights.
- Track the effectiveness of implemented learnings and make adjustments as needed.
- Develop and present social and digital plans for new business pitches.
- Manage a team of Digital Marketing Managers and Social Media Specialists across at least two offices.
