Job Description:
Bala is seeking an energetic, highly motivated Boston based Business Development professional to pursue opportunities, cultivate lasting relationships, and lead local marketing / business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Boston office in leveraging existing client base while performing market research and outreach on new potential clients and opportunities.
• Participate in Boston industry events and organizations.
• Work with Senior Leadership to define local business development strategies and goals.
• Collaborate with firm wide business development team on cross office connections, strategic growth markets, and pursuits.
• Maintain and upkeep CRM.
• Manage Boston office marketing coordinator.
• Strategize and manage RFP responses.
• Collaborate with marketing team on marketing content creation, strategic market campaigns, and social media.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the architectural, engineering, and construction industry a plus.
- Outgoing, creative, self-starter.
- Previous experience in a sales, business development, or marketing role.
- Experience with Hubspot a plus.
- Bachelor's degree with a focus in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
