Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world, one life at a time.
We are looking for a full-time, in-person Call Center Administrator. This position will be located in Hurricane, Utah with training at our offices in St.
George, Utah. The first couple months of the position will be heavily focused on learning the ins and outs of the systems within the organization.
We will train you for this position, no experience is required!
This position supports all customer-facing teams in achieving business objectives via phone calls, chats, and other forms of digital communication.
Aspects of the position include troubleshooting issues, rolling out new initiatives, and report-building to gain additional insights to increase efficiencies.
Customer and agent experiences will be analyzed with proposals created on how to improve our systems continually.
What you will do :
Assist teams in setting up and maintaining performance dashboards and reports
Work directly with manager and supervisors to troubleshoot issues
Perform ongoing maintenance of users and features throughout the different software tools used
Conduct investigations and tests on a variety of our systems
Create proposals and feedback on the current process to improve the experience level
Troubleshoot issues with the use of data and provide solutions to managers
Occasionally give training on new features or software updates
Work alongside supervisors to find improvements within their areas
Handle testing and the configuration of chatbots
Conduct user management activities in a variety of software used
Build reports that meet business objectives given by managers, directors, or VPs
Test new programs and systems before going live and used by phone agents
Answer all questions regarding digital tools within the Call Center
What we prefer you to bring :
Knowledge in basic Call Center metrics and KPIs
Previous experience working as a team lead in a call center
Comfortable with Google Workspace applications
Ability to track, discern, and analyze data
What you must bring :
Strong ability to problem-solve
Interest in improving business objectives through the use of data
Flexibility and the capability to adapt quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to handle multiple projects at once
Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and managers
Strong computer skills and literacy
Pay : $19 - $22 per hour
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
