What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packer position at BALANCE STAFFING?
We are looking for Packers to join our team and help with the packing, inspection and assembly of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, ability to cross train in different departments and be able to work quickly and accurately.
Positions are in Westminster MA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products are packed correctly and securely, as well as for meeting daily packing goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
2nd Shift 3pm - 11pm Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Pack items according to customer orders.
- Inspect and verify products for quality.
- Ensure that all items are properly labeled and sealed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow safety protocols when handling hazardous materials.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
You will NEED to be able to train on the 1st shift for 1 week. Call for more details.
