Responsible for handling all customer communications primarily in the collections division in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Partnering with the vendor and sales team to establish and maintain a cohesive team atmosphere to best serve the customer. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.

Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities

• Handle all customer communications in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Handle incoming calls, e-mails, and written correspondence.
• Collect delinquent payments and handling administrative calls.
• Coordinate interdepartmental responsibilities to ensure a timely customer response.
• Process billing and insurance inquiries, customer complaints, payoffs, and other tasks assigned.
• Maintain a working knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills And Competencies

• Ability to proactively manage daily responsibilities for assigned tasks.
• Ability to interact with management daily for problem resolution.
• Must be able to multi-task responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written skills required.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  
  

Industry And Work Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service/collections.
  
  

Academic

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred.

Salary Range: $43,368 - $60,716.
