What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing & Revenue Manager position at Ballet West?
As we approach our 60th Anniversary season, we are poised to take on an ambitious slate of artistic programming, to expand our educational resources that reach a broader community, while prioritizing vital investment in infrastructure.
The Marketing & Revenue Manager provides a pivotal role in strategy and execution of programs to enhance patron loyalty and revenue maximization through acquisition, renewal, and upgrading. Ballet West is entering a 5-year strategic plan with a vision of growth for impact.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ticket sale revenue generation, partnering with colleagues to achieve results, a skill for translating mission and programs to those outside of the organization, and a passion for the arts.
Below is a list of key responsibilities.
- In partnership with the Senior Director of External Affairs, creation and management of marketing campaigns for subscription, and single ticket sales.
- In partnership with the Senior Manager of Patron Services, creation and management of marketing campaigns for group sales.
- In partnership with the Senior Director of External Affairs, creation and management of marketing campaigns for the Ballet West Academy, including enrollment for year-round classes, summer camps, performances, and Nutcracker auditions.
- In partnership with the Annual Giving Manager, ensures philanthropic direct response campaigns are executed with integration with other Ballet West sales efforts.
- Research and identification of new customer prospects as dictated by annual strategy. In cooperation with Patron Services and Academy teams, develop and execute associated new customer retention strategies.
- Navigates project budget efficiency for revenue maximization, including vendor negotiations.
- In partnership with the Retail Sales and Boutique Manager, creation and management of a robust sales campaign in support of on-site sales and establishing digital sales.
- In partnership with the Project Manager of External Affairs, ensure direct mail campaign have strong strategy and ROI.
- In partnership with Digital Marketing Coordinator, provides digital media support as needed, including emails, and editing Ballet West and Ballet West Academy websites.
- In partnership with the Development Data Manager, ensure revenue ROI reporting is regular and actionable; revenue pacing documents are completed and distributed.
- Represents the company at events and performances.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
