Summary:
Bamboo Health is currently seeking an Data Analyst. This role will live and breathe data and be excited about building user-facing data products. They will work with the reporting and analytics team and internal stakeholders to develop reporting solutions powered by our unique data pipeline. They will excel at creative problem solving, cross-team collaboration, and thinking independently about how to utilize data to address the challenges our customers face in physical and behavioral care coordination. What You’ll Do:
- Build new dashboards and reporting capabilities that increase customer and user value
- Work closely with Product teams to develop KPI and other success metrics
- Become the technical subject matter expert on reporting components of our product suite
- Collaborate with Agile team and work cross functionally to drive implementation of solutions
- Leverage data and data analysis techniques to deliver insights to stakeholders
- Assist on various projects that contribute to business initiatives
What Success Looks Like…
In 3 months…
- You understand our reporting offerings and main customer use cases
- You are comfortable with our data pipeline and architecture
- You begin to build strong relationships with your peers on the analytics team
In 6 months…
- You expand your scope of influence to other cross-functional stakeholders, including but not limited to product, engineering, marketing, and other key business area functions.
- You are building new reporting capabilities that are in line with user needs.
In 12 months…
- You are the technical subject matter expert on reporting components of our product suite
- You are collaborating with various business areas to deliver analytics that drive improved business decisions and increased value for the company.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in a quantitative or technical discipline such as mathematics, economics, computer science, statistics, or a similar quantitative field
- 2 years of professional work experience, inclusive of 1 years of data analytics
- Experience building user-facing analytics solutions
- Understanding of database technologies and ability to write code to gather data. Considerable SQL experience mandatory
- Knowledge of Tableau/Looker or other equivalent data visualization software
- Experience with Python is a plus
- Ability to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
- A work environment that is conducive to high quality virtual interactions. This includes but is not limited to being able to work from a quiet space with minimal interruptions or distractions, and a strong internet connection.
- The ability to travel periodically for work.
- A high level of judgment, analytical ability and creativity in investigating problems that require original and innovative solutions.
