Job Summary: We are looking for the ideal candidate to join our team representing our wet and dry utility division. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right individual. Ideally this person will be very familiar with the area and preferably already have established relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, that can work independently. This person will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee all current clients/projects and potential leads in the organization. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Continuous communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Bring in new customers/generate potential new leads.
  • Client development and manage existing relationships.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the area operations in Austin.
  • Work closely with upper management, project managers and supers/foreman.
  • Manage Relationships with executives and company representatives as you create and execute business plans to meet company business expectations and goals.
  • Responsible for the growth and development of assigned region.
  • Regularly call established accounts.
  • Establishing and qualifying new accounts.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers.
  • Maintaining familiarity with all projects, and policies.
  • Keeping in daily contact with your major accounts.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Serve as a key driving force in analyzing market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness, market share and partner relationships.
  • Forecast monthly sales while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Travel between Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and corporate office in Dallas.
  • Ability to communicate providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
  • Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategy of the organization.
  • Collaborates with all other departments to carry o the organizations goals and objectives.

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or another industry-related field required.
  • At least 5 years of industry-related experience including three years in upper management required.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The successful candidate will be self-motivated with a strong sales aptitude and willingness to learn and grow while focusing on company goals.
  • Expert in communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
  • Must have ability to plan, prioritize, analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations based on current task and deadlines.
