What are the responsibilities and job description for the Integration Specialist position at Bandit Lites?
SUMMARY: Employee will assist in project management, installation, and customer support of new theatrical lighting system installation projects and renovations. Assist with the needs of the sales and installation division regarding existing systems requiring customer support, service calls and repairs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Understand, abide, and instill the philosophy, policies, and procedures of the “Bandit Standard.”
- Work with the sales team and purchasing manager in management of sales and installation projects.
- Interface with electrical contractors and installers regarding installation of packages designed or supplied by Bandit Lites.
- Provide on-site technical services for installation and sales projects, including system start-up, certification, and comprehensive customer training.
- Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction through timely and appropriate responses to customer questions and concerns.
- Coordinate service calls and equipment repairs with customers and vendors.
- Assist the sales division in the generation of accurate system and design proposals.
- Assist with preparation of sales orders, pulling & preparing inventory for shipment, executing shipments from stock, and coordination with purchasing manager on order placement for goods for sales.
- Assist in design, technical, and research and development projects as assigned.
- Assist in generating / maintaining an appropriate file management system.
- Other related duties as assigned.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; AutoCAD software experience; use of basic office equipment and multi-line phone.

- Working understanding of the theory and practical application of architectural lighting controls.
- Knowledge and experience in use of high-end lighting control systems.
- Hands-on, production related experience with a wide variety of theatrical and concert lighting equipment, including ETC, STRAND, AVO, HIGH END SYSTEMS, MARTIN, VARI-LITE, ROBE, GLP, MA, CLAY PAKY, CHAUVET AND OTHERS.
- Must have practical experience in logistics of working in a Church, Theatre, and Entertainment Complex.

- Adapts easily to changing priorities, methods, and timelines
- Must be able to work at heights
- Must be able to travel as required
- Must live in location specified above
- Ability to lift 50 pounds comfortably and to stand / walk for extended period.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum 4-year college degree in theatre/theatrical design, or equivalent experience
REASONING SKILLS: Ability to exercise and display good judgment and prioritize projects.
Salary : $51,300 - $64,900
