Loan Closer

• 
  Review Credit File to assure loan closed in compliance with the Credit Approved
• Help and assist the lenders and attorneys to comply with all the pre-post-closing conditions
• Finalize the creation of the loan closing files in NCINO
• Coordinate with lending officers, attorneys, customers, insurance agents on a daily basis
• Review legal documentation on attorney-prepared loans to assure compliance with credit approval
• Prepare in-house new loan documentation, modifications, and or extension on Laser Pro System
• Schedule loan closing and confirm loan funding
• Prepare funding instructions and wire transfer on closed loans
• Knowledge of the core system (Jack Henry) and NCINO, must keep up with the systems enhancements and changes
• Provide information / Assistance to customers and the Bank staff with loan operations issues as needed
• Manages and prioritizes daily work-flow.

• 
  Education: Associate degree in Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience: Five (5) years of experience in the Banking industry specifically as a Loan Closer.
• Advance computer skills including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Knowledge in banking systems including but not limited to NCINO, Jack Henry Sliverlake System.
• Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish. Ability to fluently speak, understand, read and write both languages.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task, with strong organization, time-management and prioritizing skills.
• Customer service skills, ensuring satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
• Ability to work in a team environment, in order to ensuring compliance with department procedures.
• Knowledge of related State and Federal banking compliance regulations and operational policies.
• Ability to understand and comprehend instructions, procedures and policies ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Problem solving and analytical skills in order to identify problems.
• Strong knowledge in loan documentation and financial documentation.
• This is not a remote position.
