BASS is seeking an experienced IT Technician for our local client. This position offers a great schedule, benefits package, and the use of a company cell phone, computer, and vehicle! Pay is $20 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
You assist customers' with PCs, Servers, Network Hardware, Cloud Backup, and telephone systems.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am-4:30pm (with a rotating on-call schedule). This position involves working both from the business office and on-site at the customers' location.
Some typical duties include:
-Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
-Assist with installations, upgrades, system backups, and virus removal.
-Provide regular customer support for other issues as needed.
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems (Windows Server)
-Experience with RMM software (Kaseya, Datto) and backup systems and recovery (Unitrends)
-Experience troubleshooting firewalls, routers, networks, and servers
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Valid Driver's License and good driving record (for use of company vehicle during work hours)
-Must meet background check requirements
