The Cyber Security Defense (CSD) function within Global Information Security is responsible for all aspects of threat intelligence and monitoring, application and network security, and insider threat. In addition, the CSD team drives out the enterprise-wide cyber exercise program.

CSO Knowledge Management Specialist

Candidate will be responsible for curating and managing foundational CSO content via a central CSO library.   Candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, revising, and maintaining foundational content for teams across Cyber Security Operations.  Position requires a strong proficiency in technology writing, business process engineering, and overall foundational knowledge management.  A strong understanding of Enterprise standards, baselines, security procedures and policies is preferred.
Responsibilities:
•    Develop foundational technical content/documentation for CSO teams
•    Work across the organization to keep CSO at the audit ready
•    Drive proactive risk management debate through annual content certification with owners
•    Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while working independently and with other knowledge management specialists
•    Support the organizational knowledge taxonomy by ensuring all content is cataloged effectively
•    Provide support for the establishment and/or nurturing of organizational libraries
Specific Skillsets Desired: 
•    Detail-oriented and diligent
•    Knowledge of technical writing models and principles and a demonstrated ability to apply them to the design and development of content/documentation
•    Strong Communication Skills
•    Self-starter and highly analytical thinker required. 
•    Ability to work well in teams as well as with business partners. 
•    A broad knowledge of Cyber Security principles  
•    Engineering Operational Business Processes and Drafting Supporting Documentation 
•    Crafting presentations for executive management 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•    Ability to work with Technical and Non-Technical business owners
