Description:

Markon Solutions is seeking a Construction Management Specialist to provide support to one of our DoD clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be a team player; able to work in a multidisciplinary environment; shall be energetic; detail oriented; and possess excellent communication and written skills. 
  • Duties will include all aspects of project management, to include contract management, and staff management which includes activities such as:  scope writing, requirements gathering, site surveys, contract meetings and administration, ability to communicate technical concepts to staff and clients; management of subcontractors; knowledge of and experience in high level status reports; developing and tracking schedules, managing quality control, interaction with other disciplines (i.e., engineers, estimators, etc.), ensuring continuity with project team, brokering information to all project participants, preparing reports, letters, conducting meetings, etc. 
Job Requirements

Required:

  • 6 years of experience in design and construction industry.
  • Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph Clearance.
