Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Delivery Lead -Technology professional, who will apply technical knowledge in supporting users of the Black Knight Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) out of the Bank of America Jacksonville, FL office. Will help determine end to end design requirements for large projects involving line of business, software/hardware developers and vendors. Work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure. Work closely with business partners and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs. May be asked to manage projects including responsibility for vendor and line of business follow up items. Works under minimal supervision. Capable of critical thinking and problem solving.
Responsibilities:
• Ability to support vendor platform from a client perspective. Vendor/Product:, Black Knight Financial Services (BKFS) / Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP)
• Work with the business to fully understand their needs and any problems related to MSP – identify solutions to solve these problems.
• Address platform issues specific to a LOB workstation configuration
• BAU and operations support including providing assistance to LOB/end users related to system functionality
• Ensure existing features/functionality are being fully utilized
• Must act as an interface between LOB and vendor partners
• Foster positive working relationships with LOB, vendor and other technology partners
• Accountable for resolving service interruptions and the support of existing integrations with other system
• Mentor bank employees with MSP processes.
Required Skills:
At least 5 years of Delivery Lead -Technology applicable work experience in the industry.
Minimum of 2 years experience with the current BKFS MSP application with MSP Configuration and MSP Security templates
Must have experience with managing security and configuration in production as well as across multiple test regions
Minimum of 2 years exposure with MPS’s ODDs, BDE and MWS.
Overall understanding of MSP Director Tools and Passport
Overall Vendor support experience
Must have proven strong analytical and problem skills
Ability to demonstrate diplomacy in supporting variety of business partners
Ability to learn new application from business and technology perspective
Able to communicate effectively across varied area including technology, business units and senior leadership
Demonstrated experience with Mainframe platforms
Demonstrated experience with remote vendor hosted applications
Demonstrated flexibility in a new environment
Desired Skills:
IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience.
