Job Description:
The Digital Marketing team has a newly opened position to support the strategy, development, and operational delivery of Credit Card sales in third party (including Cobrand) and bank-owned websites. We are looking to hire a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who has strong organizational, project management, and relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of our Credit Card products, including Cobrand and Small Business.
The Digital Channel Manager will be responsible as a team lead working across multiple business partners to create and execute the digital sales applications in support of Consumer Card and Small Business digital marketing campaigns. This person must be able to manage multiple projects at one time.
Responsibilities include:
- Flawless execution of digital marketing campaigns throughout every step of the process
- Working with team members from various departments, including Technology
- Maintaining and establishing routines of communication on monthly work status
- On-time delivery of routine deliverables, including deliverables for control and compliance
- Identify and recommend improvement of existing operational routines
- Directly interface with program manager partners for campaign strategy, development and platform enhancements.
- Flexibility to support work requests on nights and weekends, if needed

Desired Skills:
- Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Audience Manager (DMP), Adobe Photoshop knowledge and experience preferred.
- Experience in Workflow Management Tool (JIRA, CMS or other) is a plus
- Understanding of Chrome developer tools and extensions to troubleshooting targeting, tracking and page tags.
- QA testing and validation experience
- Content management system experience
- Spanish language a plus
