Entry level position that supports the servicing of mortgage loans by accurately assembling and/or indexing mortgage and non-mortgage documents received electronically. Performs various production and support functions. Specific roles will be assigned based on business needs from one of the following: Application Control: Accurately assembling and/or indexing documents that have been faxed into the FileNet imaging system. Contingency Management: Monitoring and reviewing documentation requirements for appraisals, title, and hazard/flood insurance reports. Following up on missing or late vendor items. Payoff: Obtaining and updating required payoffs. Document Preparation: Reviewing approved applications for documentation requirements and preparing various closing documents. Book/Fund: Preparing disbursements for checks and wires. Reconciliation: Monitoring closed loan pipeline to ensure timely funding; researching and completing requests for information.
Minimum Required Skills:
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment while meeting deadlines and quality work standards
- Experienced working in a high volume and demanding continuous production environment
- Able to work on a computer for extended periods of the day and navigate multiple systems
- Previous experience with data entry
- Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours per day
- Able to be cross trained on multiple processes
- Experienced working on teams
- Must be able to work overtime or Saturday if needed
