Job Description:
The Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting, Tax and Credit Reporting function requires experienced Program / Project Manager. The Program / Project Manager will engage in Initiatives that are being executed by a functions outside of the NFRR, Tax and Credit Reporting organization, to manage the impacts and potential changes that may arise from these intiatives, to ensure there is early identification of impacts and ensure that there are no resulting regulatory reporting breaches from upstream changes. Where impacts have been identified to our processes, the Project Manager will build action plans and drives execution, which maybe be in partnership with our Change & Transformation partners. Management of a backlog, status reporting, risks & issues and escalations.
Required Skills:
• Excellent program and project management skill set including creating clear and coherent plans, detailed tracking, prioritization, informing stakeholders, reporting, timely escalations, clearly defined roles/responsibilities, hosting working groups and steering forums etc. (Project Management)
• Ability to source and process a large volume of information that’s needed to resolve project related issues to determine root cause and propose viable solution options, with strong attention to detail and accuracy (Business Analysis)
