Job Description:
This position will be a member of the Global Information Security (GIS) Cyber Crime Response (CCR) team. As a Cyber Specialist, you will serve as the National Cyber & Forensic Training Alliance (NCFTA) liaison in Pittsburgh to support intelligence sharing related to Cyber threats and trends within the industry and government. You will collaborate on tactical information with other Financial Institutions (FIs), as well as, receive and properly process international emerging cybercrime
threats and behavioral trends including Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) originating from within the NCFTA.
Required Skills:
• Strong Leadership, Analytic, Interpersonal skills, Organizational Planning, Collaboration, Intelligence, and Cyber Investigative/Operational experience.
• Ability to perform complex cybersecurity analysis of voluminous amounts of disparate data for ongoing cyber investigations
• Partnering skills to collaborate with other financial institution SMEs and law enforcement to create business requirements to help drive towards organization's strategy.
• Ability to draft a clear, coherent approach to intelligence collection requirements and investigative strategies.
• Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation enterprise strategy.
• Strong ability to interact, communicate, and influence NCFTA leadership both vertically and laterally.
• Ability to anticipate risks and successfully develop and new drive initiatives and mitigation plans.
• Confident in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals with varying degrees of technical understanding.
• Ability to navigate in complex and changing environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Preferred internal and external regulatory oversight experience as a civilian in private, as well as, public sectors
• Financial services products understanding and expertise.
•Background within or complimentary to cyber-security, fraud and investigations
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner
