We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative with at least 3 years of B2B outside sales experience to cover southern Minnesota. Bankers Equipment Services has been a thriving company for over 80 years prioritizing the” customer experience” by providing exceptional service to its customers.

What you will be doing:

Outside B2B Sales Representative. Do you enjoy meeting interesting people? You will be selling a variety of cash management products and other solutions to financial, and retail businesses in southern Minnesota and eastern South Dakota. Our successful sales team spends a majority of their time meeting face to face with customers helping design and implement solutions for their business needs. You will be involved in sales, account management, product demos, product training and managing product installations.

  • Travel within your sales territory to conduct in-person meetings with potential customers.
  • Conduct sales presentations and educate customer on how our diverse product line and our services can solve their problems
  • Maintain relationships with our existing customers and continue offering new solutions.
  • Ensure each customer is provided with an exceptional customer experience

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-3 years B2B outside sales experience
  • Diverse product line sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales presentation skills
  • Successful history of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Willingness to start immediately

Compensation: Base Salary: $50,000-$55,000 per year plus commissions (typically 50k in annual commissions) and $750 monthly car allowance.

Benefits: Medical insurance, HSA, FSA, 401K, dental and life insurance, as well as long & short-term disability insurance, Sales representatives also receive a car allowance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
