Customer Care is exactly that; we care about our customers. This is a high-visibility and high-impact role at BankSupplies. You will be the voice of our company and first impression for many customers. Although this is an entry-level position, that is only the beginning of what we have to offer. Key Responsibilities
- Order processing
- Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Answering our toll-free phone line and emailing customers/vendors
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Banking, Cashier, or Casino experience would be a plus! Relevant experience rewarded.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (8:30 - 5:00)
