Summary Of Position

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing the strategy and executing the launch of marketing campaigns, promotional efforts and communications across the Bank. This role encompasses the development of website content, planning and managing social media and public. You will work with management to conceptualize and design marketing campaigns and then manage, execute and optimize the campaigns moving forward. This position requires both a strategic understanding of the market and the ability to be hands on – pulling the levers, using various tools and executing marketing efforts from start to finish.

Responsibilities Include

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs including email, social media, and digital marketing
  • Manage the Bankwell website, from creating new content to making updates and edits.
  • Work with the sales team and local branches to create effective sales and marketing materials
  • Overseeing market data analysis and further evaluation to enhance the Bank’s marketing strategy and understand expectations
  • Creating a standardized set of marketing presentations to help streamline communication both internally and externally
  • Show the ability to analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Effectively partner andcollaborate with both internal departments and third parties to work towards solutions, meeting tasks, and completing projects efficiently


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exhibits exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in small business would be preferred
  • Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced and rapidly expanding environment
  • Strong sense of integrity and personal ethics
  • Proactively approaches meeting deadlines in a timely manner
  • Detail oriented with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience with the following (or similar) services & tools:
  • Google analytics
  • Hubspot
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Webflow (or other content management systems
  • Canva (or other design apps)
