Overview BSA Health is an extensive hospital system providing clinical excellence to the Texas Panhandle and the Tri-State area. BSA is acclaimed for its superior quality and customer service. Responsibilities Rotates in the various sections of the clinical laboratory as assigned. The tech performs special procedures as required in a medical laboratory which may include, but is not limited to, hematology, special chemistry, chemistry, blood bank, microbiology, serology, and urinalysis.
Qualifications Skills & Abilities Preferred Must display good communication (written/verbal) and organizational skills Must display good interpersonal skills. Position requires fluency in English language to function in job environment appropriately Must exhibit desire to exemplify the BSA culture, including the BSA Mission, Vision and the BSA Way Experience Preferred No experience required, but preference may be given to individuals with prior work experience. Education/Certification/Licenses Associates degree from approved MLT program – Preferred MLT (ASCP) or equivalent registry OR Currently be enrolled in an accredited MLT program - REQUIRED
