Position Title: General Manager
Overview: Schulson Collective is seeking an experienced, competent General Manager to join the growing team here in Philadelphia. Expereince in high volume, fast paced & urban dining are highly preferred!
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Mentality:
- Provide mentorship and direction to help promote team growth & collaboration.
- Ensure your restuarant is operating efficenlty
- Consistently be approachable and available to your teammates

Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and effective execution of business processes.

Financial Management:
- Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
- Participate in monthly P&L meetings, keeping track of budgets & expenses.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with customers, clients, and key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing large FOH team efficiently.
- Experience in high volume, upscale restaurant management
- Minimum 4 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Experience with restaurant financials, labor costs, FOH inventory, ordering & budgets
- Strong strategic planning, financial management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
