What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cycle Counter Analyst position at BarBakers?
Objective:
The Cycle Count Analyst is an essential position helping identify, reconcile, and ensure inventory accuracy. This position helps ensure the accuracy of the inventory by overseeing cycle count activities including count assignment, researching inventory variances, maintaining the integrity of product storage locations, and assisting in Standard Operating Procedure and One Point Lesson development Operates forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Personnel management and training of cycle count team members.
- Issue cycle count request in support of Batch Closing.
- Issue daily first counts within SAP to Cycle Count Team Members.
- Uploading first counts from WMS to SAP. Identify variances and issue second counts based on determined allowable variance percentage.
- Perform inventory variance reconciliation based on systems records review including but not limited to:
- Supplier receipts
- Inventory adjustments
- Physical inventory adjustments
- Item batch consumptions
- Warehouse transfers
- Bin transfers
- Delivery postings
- Physical verification which includes product storage within:
- Warehouse locations
- Trailer storage
- Staged product for production use
- Items physically within production
- Return to stock Items.
- Other
- Variance findings and daily, weekly, and monthly cycle count performance reporting.
- Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or One Point Lessons (OPL) as it relates to inventory product flow processes.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Skills:
- Effective dommunication Skills a must; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- ERP experience specifically with Batch Manufacturing and WMS.
- Understanding of product flow as it relates to supplier receipt through finished goods shipments.
- Use of software systems including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software applications as needed.
- Must be willing to work occasional weekends and long days during peak demand periods.
- Responsible for the collection, recording and retrieval of information. Read source documents, verify the accuracy of the information, prepare reports, and manage data storage and retrieval systems.

Pay Range: $18 to $19 per hour.
