Job Title: Store Leader
Reports to: District Leader

The Store Leader drives objectives that increase profitability and ensure a positive customer and team member experience. The Store Leader achieves results through their leadership team, working side-by-side, and hands-on with the entire store team.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall store operation, sales performance, and management of store personnel.
Ensure that the store meets or exceeds the financial goals (sales, profits, expenses) set by the company. Maintain financial controls, including shrink, payroll, and other operating expenses. Develop creative plans to increase store sales.
Achieve results through their leadership team, working side-by-side, and hands-on with the entire store team.
Utilize company reports to assess efficiency, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure proper scheduling of team members to meet business objectives.
Utilize company reports and tools to assess efficiency, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement in store performance.
Responsible for the interviewing, selection, hiring, training, and performance evaluations of all team members.
Accept special assignments as directed by the District Leader.
Qualifications:
High School diploma; post-secondary degree/diploma preferred.
3 years of retail management experience.
Results-driven retail store management experience.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to observe, assess, and coach the work of others.
Possess a valid Driver’s License; may sometimes be required to drive to the bank to make deposits.
Must have open availability.
