What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Customer Service position at Bark Boys Inc.?
Since 1973 Bark Boys, Inc. has sold landscaping supplies throughout the Pacific Northwest. We are working diligently to grow our business and need a teamwork-oriented person to fill the position of Office Manager and help us reach our goals. A qualified individual would be responsible for overseeing day to day office operations including but not limited to-
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Perform receptionist duties: greet customers, and answer and direct phone calls.
- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
- Assist with office layout planning, office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
- Work alongside other department managers to improve procedures and ensure top quality service is being provided to our customers.
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
