What We Actually Do
While our company offers a range of services, our South Louisiana office has a laser focus on providing outsourced inventory control. Our account management teams currently work and share best practices with 90 of the best high-volume bars, restaurants, and nightclubs in Louisiana.
Three skill sets are needed to be a great Account Manager:
- Technical Skills - We use proprietary database software to help our clients. This consulting software is robust and takes 8 to 12 weeks to learn and years to master. You will learn how to use this software along with best practices from the hospitality industry.
- Interpersonal Skills - You will regularly interact with different personalities including owners, managers, and staff. To do this effectively requires self-awareness, listening, supportiveness, assertiveness, and a high emotional intelligence. Some, but not all of this can be taught.
- Consulting Skills-The ability to influence positive results for your clients without having the direct authority to make changes or implement programs. A big part of our culture is learning. The willingness to read, ask questions, and learn will enable these life skills and are essential to your success here.
We’d love to meet you if you are:
- Physically able to count and move inventory, accurately and quickly. A full keg weighs up to 165 lbs.
- Have your own transportation and a current driver’s license.
- An early riser, the workday starts at 6am.
- Polite & professional verbal & written communication skills.
- Sense of urgency – This is a fast paced job. You must be able to keep up.
- Detail oriented – Accuracy is paramount to everything.
