E-Commerce Specialist / Fraud Specialist

BaronHR is recruiting for a Fraud Specialist to work for a Fashion Pile a Top Luxury Company. DIRECT HIRE

Shift Time: 8am - 5pm Flexibility
Pay: from 21$ DOE

The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Fraud Specialist is acting as a liaison between clients and luxury brand company. Assist with delivering extraordinary- high level customer service, complaints, orders, errors, account questions, cancelations, and potential fraud activity

• Promptly answer multiple phone lines in a courteous manner, adhering to company service expectations
• Assist and resolve client inquiries/issues via phone, email and chat as needed
• Verify and update customer account profiles
• Gain proficiency in company Admin system as a resource for information to customers and suppliers
• Gain proficiency in company Admin system to facilitate sales, cancelled orders, and other transactions
• Participate in ongoing cross-training in other departments to further enhance knowledge of company internal processes
• Ability to distinguish red flags - FRAUD

HARD REQUIREMENTS :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in phone and email
• Fraud Customer Service Skills

Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of high-end luxury handbags and accessories preferred but not required
• Strong proficiency working with online website
• Extremely organized and ability to multi task
• Must have integrity and consistently exhibit strong work ethics
