What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Barons Microgreens?
We’re a USDA and CDFA certified Microgreen company located in Southern California looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects at local markets. Our company is currently operating out of 13 farmers' markets in Los Angeles and Orange County. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth and customer acquisition levels. Looking to fill our Wednesday 3-7 Location.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell our products to existing and prospective customers
- Set-up and break down booth during work hours
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Great work ethic and willingness to learn
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Pay: From $100.00 per day
