Foreman manages the crew on the project and ensures that the assigned tasks are performed in a safe manner, efficiently and according to the project plans and specifications. The Foreman reports all of the labor, equipment, and materials used by the crew each day and evaluates actual costs compared to the budget. |
- Applies the safety instructions.
- Prepares the construction site : takes part in the evaluation of the means to be implemented, the breakdown of the tasks within the team, the acceptance and verification of the procurements necessary for carrying out the project.
- Organizes the establishment of his /her work perimeter and the installation of the construction site facilities and systems.
- Coordinates and oversees the work of the team : Carries out technical verifications during the work, provides technical assistance to the teams in the carrying out of the work and takes part if necessary, monitors during projects the progress of the work with respect to the construction drawing.
