The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. *Duties* - Assist in managing store staff, including training and development - Oversee daily operations to meet sales goals and uphold company standards - Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism - Support inventory management and merchandising efforts - Assist in budgeting, payroll, and pricing strategies - Collaborate with the Store Manager on strategic planning and goal setting *Skills* - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff - Proficiency in budgeting, math, payroll, and sales analysis - Ability to manage store operations efficiently - Prior experience in customer service, store management, and training development is a plus
