We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
```Duties```
-Manage HR for the company
- Manage and coordinate office activities, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries
- Assist with budgeting and financial management, including tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as needed
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as necessary
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in event planning is a plus

- Familiarity with medical office management is preferred
