As the site receptionist, one of the many responsibilities is providing a welcoming experience for our visitors and employees by leading them through our established processes. You will get to know all of our employees and will assist them when bringing in visitors to our RTP campus.

As a Receptionist, you will...
- Welcome visitors warmly and assist in connecting them with their escort.
- Ensure that no one enters the building without proper security access or escort.
- Answer phone professionally and efficiently. Assist callers and transfer calls while honoring confidentiality of employee names, titles, department information and contact information.
- Receive Visitor Registration forms and enter details into iLobby.
- Request and share Guest WiFi credentials for visitors when requested.
- Ensure that contractors have viewed the Safety video
- Tally Contractor Logs monthly
- Submit Work Orders when requested
- Record seating & phone changes and keep RTP Directory updated; reformat and share Directory monthly; Provide list of 2TW seating changes to Sr. VP Admin
- Create and install updated name placards to reflect seating changes
- Book conference rooms as needed
- Manage the 4 mothers rooms, assigning keys and sharing procedures
- Purchase office/IT items on Guided Buying
- Oversee booking of company vehicle
- Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor

- Are proficient with computer, Microsoft Word & Excel
- Are comfortable operating phone system
- Have the ability to multi-task and organize efficiently.
- Present excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as part of the team
