Our team is searching for a Ag Sales Representative to represent BASF in our Arizona and Southern California Agricultural Solutions business.  Innovation drives our business and we focus directly on bringing new solutions to the agricultural community.  As a Ag Sales Representative, you will provide BASF representation with a range of duties to our channel partners, independent retailers, and key grower customers.   

As a Ag Sales Rep - Arizona (Field), You Create Chemistry By...

•    Working with channel partners to drive district objectives.
•    Working with channel partners/independent retail to achieve territory targets.
•    Working with BASF PACT members to achieve territory goals.
•    Having excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Possessing strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
 

If you...

•    Have a Bachelors in Agricultural Sciences preferred 
•    Have 10 years of sales experience with most of it in the Agricultural field
•    Must possess PCA accreditation or be able to obtain PCA within 12 months of starting with BASF

Pay Transparency

BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $108,800 - $149,600. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
